Clean Linen Every Service, Without the Laundry Room

A busy dinner service can go through hundreds of napkins and a stack of bar mops before close. When the linen runs short, servers start folding paper, cooks grab the wrong towel and the dining room stops looking like the place you built.

Gulf Coast restaurants have their own linen problems: fried seafood and butter sauces leave grease that home machines cannot lift, humidity makes damp kitchen towels sour overnight, and festival and beach weekends double the volume with no warning.

Everly picks up soiled linen on set days, processes it at our plant in Saraland with the right chemistry for grease and food stains, and delivers it back folded and counted so the next service starts stocked.

  • Fine dining and white-tablecloth rooms where linen is part of the experience.
  • Casual and seafood restaurants with heavy kitchen towel and apron use.
  • Bars and breweries that go through bar mops by the bag.
  • Caterers and event spaces with banquet linen and busy weekends.

How Many Napkins and Towels a Restaurant Needs

A simple way to set your starting par. We fine-tune it during your walkthrough.

ItemRule of thumbExample: 150 covers a day, delivery twice a week
Cloth napkinsCovers per day × days between deliveries × 1.5 for spills, resets and buffer150 × 4 days × 1.5 = about 900 napkins
TableclothsTables × turns per day × days between deliveries, plus 10% spareDepends on how often you reset between seatings
Bar mops & kitchen towelsPer cook or bartender per shift, usually 3 to 56 staff × 2 shifts × 4 = about 48 a day
Aprons2 per staff member per shift for a clean change mid-service10 staff × 2 = 20 a day

Rules of thumb only. Your volume, menu and service style change the numbers.

  • Owner-led. You deal with John and the team who run the plant, not a regional call center.
  • Processed in-house. Washed, dried, inspected and folded at 23 Station Street in Saraland.

What We Help Restaurants Get Right

Habits that keep linen looking good and your kitchen safe.

Do not pile oily towels

Towels soaked with cooking oil can build heat when piled up. Store soiled kitchen linen in a closed, ventilated container away from heat until pickup.

Keep napkins away from the kitchen

Napkins used as kitchen towels pick up grease that shows on white linen forever. Give the kitchen its own towels.

Bag by type

Separate dining linen, kitchen towels and aprons when bagging. It speeds sorting and protects the light-colored items.

FAQ

Restaurant Linen Service Questions

Do you supply restaurant linen or only wash ours?

Both. Everly launders customer-owned linen and supplies napkins, tablecloths, aprons and towels through rental and supply programs.

Can you get grease out of kitchen towels and aprons?

Kitchen linen is sorted and washed separately from dining linen using commercial chemistry suited to grease and food soil. Heavily stained items can be flagged for extra treatment.

How often do you pick up?

Pickup frequency is set around your volume and storage space. Many restaurants run two or three pickups a week.

How is pricing set?

Pricing depends on volume, item types and pickup frequency. We start with a walkthrough and a free estimate.

Do you handle catering and event linen?

Yes. Banquet tablecloths, napkins and event linen can be added to your program or scheduled for specific events.

What areas do you serve?

Restaurants and bars across Mobile and Baldwin County, including downtown Mobile, the Eastern Shore, Foley, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
